The year is 2019 and there is a kid missing in Winden. He is the person dealing marijuana to some of the kids in school, and nobody seems to know where he might be. One o the kids decided to put together a group and go looking for the stash of drugs from the missing kids. They follow some train tracks that lead deeper into the forest, while they go looking for a cave.

There is a bridge south of the Oberbaumbrucke that is not that famous but has one of the best views of Berlin and the Spree river. This bridge is called Elsebrucke, and you can find it in Treptow, close to the Molecule Man. One day in May 2024, I woke up too early and decid

One day in May 2024, I woke up too early and decided to go for a photographic bike ride to Adlershof to test an @ilfordphoto HP5 film with some red filters.

I planned to capture medium-format photographs of the concrete structures located around the Aerodynamic Park, which is northwest of the Humboldt University Quarter campus.

Here are four pictures from this roll of film, and they might be some of my favorite photos ever taken. I don’t even know how to explain this to you.

On one of my visits to the St. Nicolai—und St. M

On one of my visits to the St. Nicolai—und St. Marien-Friedhof in Kreuzberg, I decided to combine two things I have been experimenting with: self-spooling my own film rolls with Fomapan 400 and the Mamiya RZ67 camera.

I ended up using 35mm film on a medium-format camera just to see how wide I could take my pictures. This is a cropped version since Instagram "can't" do what I want, but…

The picture here is one of my favorites from my walks around a cemetery, trying to figure out how this new camera works. I believe this is from one of the last times I was there since my goal was to create some sort of blurry foreground to see how focus can make some elements blurry. Yeah, that is what I do for fun.

As I mentioned before, I had the opportunity to buy a Mamiya RZ67. Still, I only now have the time to explore what this camera can do. Whenever I want to learn something new about a camera, I go for a cemetery walk to be slow and try to understand it without noise and the people around me.
