The Roman Odeon of Kos in the Dodecanese region is a fantastic historical site that dates back to the 2nd and 3rd centuries. The Romans built this odeon and other notable constructions, including the Gymnasium and the Roman baths. All these structures are situated east and west of the Casa Romana, a part of the Ancient Town, and several excavation areas surround them.
Early on a Friday morning, I took my drone to Tempelhof with the explicit goal of capturing how gorgeous the park looks like covered in snow from above. And the pictures and videos I shot there prove that I was right to leave the comfort of my house and head to the park.
First as a hunting lodge, later as a palace; this is the gorgeous Moritzburg Castle in Saxony. This baroque building was built over an artificial island with four towers connected to the main building, making it a fascinating looking fortress.
On the outskirts of Berlin, where Neukölln and Schonefeld meet, there is a hill with one of the city’s best views. Called the Skypoint in Schonefeld, this manufactured structure is built over trash, and we took our drone there in June 2021 to capture its beauty.
