This is what I did back in February 2017 when I visited London for the first time in five years. I was in the city for a week, but I knew that I wouldn’t have much free time so I decided to use in a way that would fit my tastes in the best way possible. That is why I ended up looking for the smallest police station in Great Britain and the First Public Drinking Fountain in the World. I visited both on the same Sunday, and you can read more about it now.

The First Public Drinking Fountain in London

It might be hard to think that public access to clean drinking water wasn’t available to the masses …

The last time I went to London, I wanted to see something a little bit different, and this is how I manage to find the smallest police station in Great Britain. Yeah, this is for real and is located on the southeast corner of Trafalgar Square. If you have been to this square, there is a great chance that you already have seen this but… Since you didn’t know what were you looking, you just ignored it like everybody that went by while I was taking pictures of it on a cold February night earlier this year.

As I write this, I have been to Helsinki six times and I was there during winter twice and I loved Helsinki more every time that I went there. But if you ask me why do I love the Finnish capital so much, I wouldn’t be able to explain to you in words. But I gonna try to tell you what you should do there to love your time in Helsinki as much as I.

Most people are aware of David Bowie’s relationship with Berlin due to his Berlin trilogy. But it’s not everybody that knows about David Bowie's Warsaw story. This is the story I want to tell you since Fotostrasse visited Warsaw and discovered a lot about why and how the polish capital stuck with Bowie. It stuck enough to have its name on a song from of his best albums.

The Neon Muzeum, with a Z, is a museum dedicated to the preservation and documentation of Poland’s cold war era neon signs and they do this really well. As you walk the hallways of this small museum, you will see a lot of neon signs and learn a lot about where they were, how they were used and how did they manage to get to the Neon Museum.

When you look at the Brescia horizon, it’s easy to spot the big castle that stands on top of Cidneo Hill. Known as the Falcon of Italy, the Castle of Brescia is one of the largest and best preserved fortresses of Northern Italy and it was the first place Fotostrasse visited in Brescia during our days at Blogville Lombardy.

So, if you are looking for a guide to this city, you can stop you search because now you will see a lot of things to do in Poznan.

The first time we visited Sweden, we also visited Älvsborg Fortress in Gothenburg. This large fortress is located, strategically, in Göta River since it was built to protect what was then the only access Sweden had to the North Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. But the fortress we visited isn’t the first one built to protect what would become Gothenburg later.
