On our my first time in Finland, I went to Porvoo ready to do anything. If the plan was take bikes into the wild, I had the equipment to do it. If the plan was to swim, I had everything ready to take pictures from the water. All this was possible because I brought my Sony Action camera with me. Too bad nobody knew this trip would be a painful journey for the camera.

The Åland Islands are a group of islands between Sweden and Finland. Officially speaking the islands are Finnish, but they speak Swedish and they had their autonomy awarded to them by the League of Nations in 1921. This was the only way to settle the long-running dispute between Sweden and Finland about who owns Åland.
